Writing to your politician

If you want to write to your local politician or policymaker about the issues facing people with coeliac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis (DH), you can use our New template letter to MPs. Alternatively you can write to your local politician about this or other campaigns directly using the following methods. It's a good idea to begin your letter with the magic words 'as one of your constituents' so the recipient knows they shouldn't ignore you!

Write to your MP:

You can write to your local MP at:
House of Commons
London
SW1A 0AA
If you don't know who your MP is, you can look them up on the Parliamentary locator tool.

Write to your MSP

You can write to MSPs at:
The Scottish Parliament
Edinburgh
EH99 1SP
Every Scottish resident is represented by one constituency MSP and seven regional MSPs. You can look up your eight MSPs using the locator on the Scottish Parliament's website.

Write to your Welsh Assembly Member

You can write to Assembly Members at:
National Assembly for Wales
Cardiff Bay
Cardiff
CF99 1NA
In Wales, every resident is represented by one constituency AM and four regional AMs. You can find out who represents you by looking at the map on the Welsh Assembly's website.

Remember: keep your letter short, remind your MP, MSP or AM that you are a constituent and ask for a reply.

Then write to us!

If you receive a response to your letter, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us using our online form or write to us at:
