Spicy Salsa Slice

Cooking time: 10 - 15 minutes
Oven temperature

200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6

Ingredients
  • 1 Juvela gluten-free pizza base
  • 50g (2oz) salsa*
  • 1 small green pepper, sliced into half rings
  • 4 baby corns, cut in half lengthways
  • 4 tbsp virtually fat free fromage frais
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method
  1. Spread the salsa over the pizza base. Add the green peppers and baby corn, and spoon over the fromage frais.
  2.  Sprinkle the chives over the pizza and season well with black pepper.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10-15mins until golden.
